It is our belief that, since we have purchased the rights from the original developer, we are entitled to revoke the GPL license.
Because of the public interest in having WinMTR under GPL, we decided to change the license back to GPL and offer our all source code. This does mean we agree with the GPL infringement allegation. It means we are open to the community and rational requests.
