WinMTR v0.91 GPL v2

January 10th, 2011 by Dragos M. | Comments Off | Filed in Uncategorized

By popular request, WinMTR will be available under GPL v2.

Since the license change stirred up a heated debate on Slashdot, we decided to have the new version under GPL v2 in order to avoid any other issues.  This does mean we agree with the GPL infringement allegation. It means we are open to the community and rational requests.

Today, Jan 11 2010 the new OSS version of WinMTR, v0.91, is available.

You can browse all the source code and binaries, for all the versions, including v0.9, on Sourceforge. We strongly encourage you to help us further develop this application.

Thank you!
